Piyush Pandey is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate, with over 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, legal and financial restructuring, commercial contracts, due diligence, compliance management and dispute resolution.
As a UAE-based professional, Piyush specializes in foreign direct investment across the UAE and India, advising global investors and joint ventures from inception and feasibility through restructuring and growth. He has also worked closely with multinational clients on the negotiation, drafting and finalization of transactional documents across India and the UAE.
His expertise spans capital and commodity market operations, risk management, regulatory compliance and strategic corporate matters, including business deadlocks, commercial disputes, industrial relations and investor grievances.
Piyush has also been a key speaker at seminars and professional events across India, the UAE, Japan and Germany, bringing a cross-border perspective to complex business and investment matters.
