Piyush Pandey
Piyush is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. Presently, he is a UAE resident and having over 25 years of experience in dealing with matters pertaining to General Corporate Advisory, Cross-border Transactions, Merger & Acquisitions, Legal and Financial Restructuring, Real Estate, Commercial Contracts, Capital Market Operations, Due Diligence, Compliance Management and Dispute Resolution.
He specializes in all aspects of foreign direct investments in the UAE and India, and advised many global investors / joint ventures from their inception to feasibility and restructuring. He has also assisted many multi-national clients in negotiation, drafting and finalizing transactional documents in India and UAE.
He has an in-depth understanding and experience of managing Capital / Commodity Market Operations, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliances etc. He was also actively involved in resolving business deadlocks and successfully handled several commercial disputes, industrial relation matters and addressing investor grievances in diversified areas.
Piyush has actively participated as a key speaker in various seminars and events in India, UAE, Japan and Germany.
Chaitanya Jee Srivastava
Chaitanya is a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur, an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a PMP certified professional from PMI, USA. He is also a BEE certified Energy Auditor, GRIHA certified Green Building professional, Registered Valuer and MIE in Civil and Electrical.
He has more than 25 years of experience across the power and renewable energy sectors, covering engineering, site execution, project management and strategy consulting. His professional experience includes organisations such as BHEL, Adani Power, Accenture Management Consulting and Saudi Aramco.
Chaitanya has contributed to large thermal, hydro and Solar PV projects in roles including design engineer, project manager and strategic advisor. He also serves as Professor of Practice at Delhi Technological University (DTU).
He has a strong interest in emerging technology and has completed NPTEL domain certification in AI and Data Science.
Sandeep Kumar Yadav
Sandeep is an India-qualified Corporate Lawyer with experience in the UAE legal market advising regional and international clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and real estate matters.
Sandeep holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. RML National Law University and an LL.M. He is a member of Bar Council of India & CAMS (Singapore) qualified.
His practice focuses on UAE company formation (Mainland, Freezone), corporate structuring, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal due diligence across UAE mainland and Freezone jurisdictions. He regularly assists clients & entities in the UAE with commercially practical legal solutions. His experience also includes drafting various commercial agreements combining regulatory depth with a business-oriented approach, Sandeep helps client’s structure and scale their commercial operations seamlessly across the UAE.
